By accepting our terms and agreements page you acknowledge and agree to the following:

To make purchases you must create an account. Once your account is created it will go through an approval process (usually within a 24-48 hours).

To get approved you must:

  • Be a current or previous patient of our pharmacy.
  • Be a current or previous customer of our pharmacy.

All LARGE product orders will be designated “Not for Resale” and the receiver’s initials to combat reselling. This is done at our discretion.

  • CUSTOMERS SUSPECTED OF RESELLING WILL BE TERMINATED AT OUR DISCRETION.

RETURN POLICY

Returned products must be unopened and undamaged and will not be credited until the product is received. Customer must pay for any additional shipping costs. Large orders in which the products were designated with “Not for Resale” and the receiver’s initials to combat reselling WILL NOT be accepted for returns. No exceptions.

SHIPPING POLICY

We use priority mail shipping (2-5 day delivery) and the cost is subject to change. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product in-transit to destination. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

Product images our stock photos given to us by manufactures and may not represent how the actual product may appear. While we try to keep our photos up-to-date we cannot guarantee photo accuracy.
